Big Island contingent heading to East Fortune this weekend
A large Manx contingent is heading to the UK this weekend to take part in the returning Celtic Match Races.
Running for the first time in 15 years, the event will see teams from the Isle of Man, Ireland, Scotland and Wales face off in a series of two and three-wheeled races at East Fortune in Scotland this Saturday and Sunday (20-21 September).
The last time the meeting took place in 2010, the Isle of Man took overall victory on home soil at Jurby.
Andreas Racing Association Chairman, Linda Alton-Heath believes there's plenty of quality in the 2025 squad, adding the event has always had a good camaraderie between the nations:
Separately, it's already been confirmed the Isle of Man will host the next event in 2026.
