
Manx Rally star David Higgins has hit out at organisers of Saturday's International Rally Yorkshire, after having to drive around a digger coming towards him on the third stage.
Higgins came over a blind crest at 100 m.p.h. to be confronted by the vehicle in the middle of the road.
He says luck was on his side in avoiding an horrific incident:-
