
The future of first-time buyer housing projects in the Isle of Man is yet to be decided, as the current government policy comes to an end.
Social Care Minister Martyn Quayle MHK made the comment as his department announced the completion of 24 properties at Ridgeway Road in Onchan.
The new homes have already been snapped up by people on the first-time buyers' list, with many more individuals and families still waiting.
Mr Quayle says it will be up to the new government to take the issue forward, after the general election in September:
