Lee Dixon has taken over the vacant managerial position
FC Isle of Man's new manager says the team needs a change in mentality.
Lee Dixon has taken over as Ravens boss and the team will report for pre-season training next week.
The squad's preparing for it's fifth season in the NWCFL Premier Division.
Lee, who was announced as the replacement for caretaker manager Rick Holden this week (18 June), says more can be achieved from the squad:
The 2026/27 NWCFL Premier Division is set to begin on Saturday, 1 August with fixtures yet to be released.
Before that, FC Isle of Man will once again be competing in the Summer Festival of Football which returns next month.
