Double Olympic gold medallist Dame Kelly Holmes is to visit the Isle of Man on Thursday 26th May as part of a fund-raising event for The Children's Centre.
Dame Kelly won gold in the 800 and 1500 metres at the 2004 Olympics in Athens.
She was recognised for those performances when named as BBC Sports Personality of the Year and Laureus World Sports Woman.
Her trip to the island will include a visit to sponsors SMP Partners in the morning, the Children's Centre in the afternoon and a black tie dinner at Mount Murray where she will be the guest of honour.
