The Isle of Man's cyclists have put in a couple of impressive performances in today's action at the Island Games.
The men's team beat Guernsey and Jersey in the Town Centre Criterium to take gold.
Meanwhile the women's road team of Alison Clague, Mary Mason and Laura Wasley gathered a bronze medal for the team road race.
