Get on your bike and come on down.
That’s the plea from organisers of the 17th annual Shoprite Cycle for Life which takes place on Sunday morning.
A fun family cycle along Douglas promenade starts at 10am and before that, a seven-leg relay around the TT course will start from the TT Grandstand at 9am.
Proceeds will be divided between the Motor Neurone Disease Association and The Isle of Man Martial Arts Association.
One of the organisers, Mike O’Hare, hopes as many people as possible take part for a good cause.
The family fun cycle is a 9.30am for a 10am start from the Sea Terminal to the Villa Marina and back but older children can do the whole length of the prom if they wish.
