Manx cyclist Mark Cavendish will ride in two mountain stages before pulling out of the Tour de France on Monday.
The 22 year old T-Mobile rider finished at the back of the field yesterday after dropping off the peloton on the penultimate climb.
But unlike many other sprinters, Cavendish will continue until the rest day in order to gain experience.
Today's stage is 199.5km from Semur-en-Auxois to Bourg-en-Bresse stage.
