Should the Isle of Man charge for work permits for some of the people coming to work here?
That's a suggestion from a candidate standing in Castletown in the forthcoming House of Keys general election.
David Pownall says the Island has lost around 13 per cent in income tax revenue over the last three years, and needs to look at other ways of clawing back tax indirectly, without hurting Manx people (listen to audio file below):
