Manx runner to compete in 3,000m track event
There's little rest for the wicked for one Manx runner as she goes from strength to strength.
Sarah Astin's brilliant early-season form has been rewarded by selection to represent England in this Sunday’s (23 May) Loughborough International.
The local athlete already has England cross-country vests and British Milers Club road racing to her credit but this will be her first one on track for England, where she'll compete in the women’s 3,000 metres.
Rhian Evans caught up with Sarah to talk about her season so far and see how she's feeling ahead of Sunday's race:
The event is likely to be streamed live so you should be able to watch Sarah compete, more information can be found here.
