Forecasters warn waves and debris are likely to impact coastal routes later
A yellow weather warning will come into force later today.
Ronaldsway Met Office has issued the warning for coastal overtopping from 12.30pm to 3.30pm.
Forecasters say the fresh to strong south westerly wind combined with the spring tide is likely to bring waves and some debris onto coastal roads.
Douglas, Laxey and Castletown promenades, along with Shore Road in Rushen and to a lesser extent Ramsey promenade are likely to be affected.
