26-year-old made eight cash deposits totalling £13,970 into her accounts
A Santon woman has pleaded guilty to entering into an arrangement to allow someone else to use her bank accounts to move criminal cash.
Sophie Alice Jodie Grundy, of Newtown Estate, admitted the charge during an appearance at Douglas Courthouse.
The court heard the 26-year-old had made eight cash deposits totalling £13,970 into her Isle of Man Bank account.
Magistrates declined jurisdiction over the case; committal proceedings – where the case is elevated to the Court of General Gaol Delivery – will take place on 25 July.
