Incident happened on Bucks Road
Police are appealing to witnesses of an incident in the area of Bucks Road in Douglas yesterday.
Officers say members of the public could have seen, or even perhaps been involved in, the restraining of a male in the street.
Anybody with any information on the matter is asked to call Police HQ on 631212.
