Education minister to be quizzed following strike announcement
The first question in the House of Keys today is an urgent matter which will start proceedings.
Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse will ask the education minister about the state of the current education dispute.
After that, his questions range from homelessness, vaping, the availability of credit cards, eye-care in hospital, the £2 bus fare and cyclists on a Ballasalla pavement.
North Douglas MHK David Ashford has a question on the Dormant Assets Fund and vaping.
Arbory, Castletown and Malew Tim Glover will ask what consideration has been given to a one-off payment, free-from-tax, to help in the cost-of-living crisis.
He will also ask about delays to the rollout of the medicinal cannabis service.
Today’s House of Keys session starts at 10am. You can listen live on Manx Radio AM1368, online and on smartphone apps.
