Union claims half of bus drivers isolating after some positive tests

Unite says 40 members affected

Around half of the Island's bus drivers are self-isolating after a number tested positive for Covid-19. 

That's according to Unite the Union which says around 40 of its members are affected

A restricted timetable is currently in place – last week the bus service also went contactless in a move to protect passengers and drivers.

Ewan Gawne quizzed Health and Social Care Minister David Ashford on the issue on ManxRadio Breakfast this morning:
