SPC warns poor weather could lead to disruption or cancellations
A number of ferry sailings are at risk this weekend because of the forecast bad weather.
The Met Office is predicting strong winds and potentially gales on Saturday (11 April).
As a result, the Steam Packet Company (SPC) says six of its sailings are at risk of disruption or cancellation.
They are:
- Saturday 11 April:
- 8.30am Isle of Man to Heysham
- 2.15pm Heysham to Douglas
- 3pm Douglas to Liverpool
- 8pm Liverpool to Douglas
- Sunday 12 April:
- 7.15am Douglas to Liverpool
- 11.15am Liverpool to Douglas
The SPC says a final decision will be made no later than two hours before each sailing.
