Managing Director of PKF Phillip Dearden says the scope of the investigation by United Kingdom officials is likely to have been decided already.
Treasury Minister Allan Bell will travel to London tomorrow (Thursday) to find out what's going to happen.
Mr Dearden (pictured) is hopeful the Island's high standards will stand up to close scruitiny.
