Postal services to and from the Isle of Man could be hit after Royal Mail staff voted in favour of industrial action.
It follows unsuccessful pay talks between Royal Mail and the Communication Workers Union.
The CWU says there will be a series of walkouts on dates yet to be announced with a minimum notice period of seven days.
Isle of Man Post Office employees are not involved in the action and local services will not be affected.
However, there will be some disruption as a result of the action in the United Kingdom.
Royal Mail will put contingency arrangements in place to maintain its premium service, special deliveries and the Parcelforce service.
