Tynwald members are finding out about the implications of laws regarding disability discrimination this afternoon (Thursday).
The Trades Union Council is taking the opportunity to outline the United Kingdom's experiences and to gauge views of MHKs and MLCs about the implementation of such legislation.
The TUC is also calling on the Manx Government to take a lead in improving the terms and conditions of disabled people it employs.
