Small UK business wins legal challenge
A small UK business has won a legal challenge from the Isle of Man Government.
Target Therapies, a massage and wellness company in Basingstoke, has secured trademark rights to use its name and logo.
The Isle of Man Government objected to the firm's application to use the letters 'TT', citing a conflict with the motorcycle races.
The business also faced a challenge from a US retailer who objected to their use of the name 'Target Therapies'.
Company founder, Nick Claxson, says they've been granted permission to continue trading without having to change their branding or initials:
