Tributes paid to cancer awareness campaigner

Sarah Jarvis has died at the age of 60

Tributes are being paid to a cancer awareness campaigner who has died from the disease.

Sarah Jarvis was 58 when she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2023, forcing her to take early retirement from a career in marketing.

In a social media post, her family say her long battle ended on 8 February, describing her immense bravery until the end.

Speaking to Manx Radio during her treatment, Sarah said it was vital women listened to their bodies:
