Former business tycoon Trevor Baines and his wife Wendy are due in court today (Friday).
The 71-year-old, of Woodbourne Road in Douglas, faces ten counts of theft.
He is currently serving a prison sentence on other charges.
Mrs Baines is accused of stealing a credit balance of £65,000 - the property of Hermitage Securities Ltd.
