Healthy eating message for schools
Healthy eating is on the timetable for youngsters at Island secondary schools this week.
School nurses and dieticians are spreading the word on healthy choices, as part of a summer - which has a special focus this year on energy drinks.
The drinks are banned from school premises, and restrictions apply to their sale - due to high sugar content linked to obesity in young people.
School nurse Jayne Platt says staff are concerned about the effects of the products on pupils:
