
A quality assessement scheme for the Island's pubs, restaurants and takeaways will be officially launched today (Tuesday).
The Taste Isle of Man directory is a food accreditation scheme supported by the Department of Tourism and Leisure.
The assessment criteria includes the general appearance of the premises, standard of service, presentation, food quality and cleanliness.
The launch will take place in the Noble Suite in the Villa Marina in Douglas at 3.30pm.
