Police in Ramsey are investigating a suspicious fire in the early hours of this morning.
It happened around 1.15am at an address in the town's Park Road.
No one was injured in the blaze, but the garage of the property was destroyed.
The fire was extinguished by three fire appliances from the town's brigade.
Police say only the prompt attendance of the fire services prevented the fire from spreading to the house.
They would like to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time, particularly if they saw anything suspicious.
