Samaritans there for anyone struggling
The idea more people contemplate suicide at Christmas time is a myth, according to an Isle of Man Samaritans volunteer.
The international charity offers help to people struggling to cope and possibly considering suicide.
It has 201 branches across the British Isles, including here in the Isle of Man.
