Financial impact of pandemic lingering
The treasury minister says the Isle of Man is still feeling the financial impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Dr Alex Allinson unveiled his Budget last month.
He's told Manx Radio the the impact of Coronavirus, here and globally, had to be taken into account.
But he says other matters are also slowing the Island's recovery:
