Michelle Haywood says the longer the project is put off, the more it'll cost
The former infrastructure minister says she's expecting the cost of a new Castle Rushen High School to be 'over the £70 million mark'.
Rushen MHK Michelle Haywood has been reacting to the treasury minister's evidence to the Public Accounts Committee last week.
Chris Thomas says it's unlikely there'll be spades in the ground during the current administration.
