Follows biggest ever single rescue for Mann Cat Sanctuary
A local charity says it is facing an increasing level of demand due to cat owners leaving their pets unspayed and unneutered.
Mann Cat Sanctuary, based in Santon, takes in stray and disabled cats and also traps and neuters feral ones.
It's undertaken its biggest rescue ever from a single household - picking up 28 cats and kittens from a lady who had become 'unable to cope with the situation'.
