Private Perry died in 1919 from wounds sustained during 'The Great War'
There's a ceremony in Ramsey this evening to mark the 100th anniversary of the death of a local man killed in the First World War.
A cross will be placed at the memorial in the town centre, for Private Philip Henry Perry of Water Street.
Ramsey Town Commissioners and the Ramsey branch of the Royal British Legion are holding the service.
It's to be the last of 112 services they've held since 2014, to commemorate all those from the town who perished in 'The Great War'.
It starts at 6.15pm at the town's war memorial where a minute's silence will be observed.
