Emergency Department 'extremely busy', Manx Care says
Residents are being urged not to attend Noble's Hospital unless it's 'absolutely necessary'.
Manx Care says the hospital is seeing a 'significant volume' of people attending its Emergency Department which, it says, is 'extremely busy'.
As a result, Manx Care says anyone with minor injuries should consider going to Ramsey & District Cottage Hospital instead.
Officials say things such as burns, scalds, suspected breaks, dislocations and certain infections can be treated there.
Anyone needing emergency assistance should still call 999.
