Systems are not yet ready for changes to customs requirements
Isle of Man Post Office says it is currently unable to accept goods for delivery countries inside the EU.
It says that third-party systems used to process international shipments are being updated in preparation for changes to EU customs requirements.
A spokesperson said: "While our preparation for these changes is underway, our systems are not yet ready for the changes."
The Post Office said that deliveries of documents to the EU remain unaffected, as does the delivery of goods to destinations outside the EU.
The suspension affects goods sent through:
- Post Office counters
- Online Postage
- Click & Dispatch
- Franking
The spokesperson added: "We are working with our suppliers to resolve this and will provide a further update when a solution is available.
"We understand this may cause inconvenience and apologise for the disruption. Thank you for your patience while we work to restore EU goods services."
