Plea to public for help
Reports suggest there's been a theft at the Isle of Man Foodbank.
Former Ramsey Commissioner Eric Corkish made the announcement on social media overnight last night, saying the foodbank's supplies of meat had been stolen.
Mr Corkish asks that members of the public contact the organisation if they are made aware of fresh sausages or burgers being sold cheaply, and also asks if contributors can help replace the now-empty meat stocks.
Tommy Campbell Traditional Butchers in Willaston has already pledged its assistance in replenishing the supplies.
