Shops and businesses in Laxey are being urged to take up the offer of cash grants to improve the look of their properties.
Funding is on offer to commercial premises in the village regeneration zone, to modernise and smarten up fronts and entrances.
Proposals to improve the look of Laxey, for the benefit fo locals and to attract more visitors, have already won approval from the chief minister's Regeneration Steering Group.
