Chair of Construction Isle of Man welcomes new investment for industry
The proposed new campus development on the former Cunningham's Camp site off Victoria Road, will be a major boost for the construction sector.
That's the view of Brian Butler, a partner in project managers and quantity surveyors, Bell Burton Associates.
The planned new headquarters for King Gaming Limited would represent the largest ever single private investment on the Isle of Man and is expected to create 300 jobs.
Mr Butler, who is also the chairman of Construction Isle of Man, is in no doubt about the merits of the scheme:
