Follows incident at Axnfell Plantation
The Northern Neighbourhood Policing Team has warned of fines of up to £5,000 for fly tipping.
It follows an incident where someone left rubbish at Axnfell Plantation in which evidence was recovered which would identify the person responsible.
Officers say those who do dump rubbish can expect a visit.
