Officers will be on hand to provide 'reassurance and support'
Police are hosting a 'community information evening' tonight (7 October) following a serious incident in Maughold yesterday afternoon.
Two men were assaulted - including one, on Cornaa Beach, who has been transferred to a UK hospital for treatment.

The Isle of Man Constabulary Northern Neighbourhood Policing Team says the purpose of the meeting 'is to give all residents and those affected by the incident, some reassurance and support'.
Garff Commissioners has confirmed the event will be held at Dhoon Church Hall in Glen Mona from 7-8pm and refreshments will be provided.
Everyone is welcome to attend.
