Details to come on 'opportunities to carry over or cancel registration'
A charity challenge which would have seen people walk or run the 15-miles from Peel Castle to Castle Rushen today (Sunday 29 March) has been postponed.
Isle Listen says 'unfortunately due to the forecasted adverse weather conditions' key partners 'cannot operate together as planned to deliver the event safely'.
It adds that there is a 'large volume of administration required in postponing an event at such short notice', so needs time to work on rescheduling it.
Those registered to take part can expect to hear from the charity from Tuesday (31 March), when a new date is hopefully secured.
