Police hunt for burglars

Two Douglas businesses were targeted by burglars in the early hours of this morning.

Intruders broke into a hairdresser's premises in King Street taking money and causing damage to the property.

An attempt to gain entry into an Italian restaurant in Chester Street was unsuccessful, but police believe someone may have seen those responsible acting suspiciously in the area during the night.
