Engineers are on site in Bishopscourt area
***UPDATE 11AM - The issue has now been resolved.***
Work is ongoing to deal with a burst water main in the area of Bishopscourt.
Police have confirmed colleagues are in the area 'working flat out' to address the issue prior to racing commencing this morning.
Elsewhere, Manx Grand Prix organisers have confirmed a further delay to the start of racing until at least 11:30am.
