Careers adviser says inexperience won't hold you back
A careers adviser at the Jobcentre believes those leaving school at 16 won't find it too challenging to get work.
Andrew McKinley says there are plenty of jobs out there for those not keen on staying on in education.
It comes after students received their GCSEs yesterday - marking the end of their compulsory high school careers.
