Plea to help curb Omicron spread
The education minister says a clear picture of staffing numbers in the Island's schools won't be known until the doors open this morning.
Pupils and teachers are being asked to wear face coverings, follow hygiene measures, and take frequent lateral flow tests.
Assemblies, activities between schools, and extra-curricular activities have all been suspended.
