Health minister explains how roll out will be managed

Plans are in place to ramp up the government's capacity to administer a Covid vaccine.

Health minister David Ashford says the department is considering how to manage rolling them out on the scale required.

Once developed, a vaccine will be given to crown dependencies through the NHS supply chain, based on population size.
