New measures to include wastewater and surveillance testing
There are plans to do regular Covid screening at secondary schools across the Isle of Man.
It'll take the form of lateral flow tests administered at home, and is due to start next Monday, subject to supply.
In Tynwald today (15 June) Chief Minister Howard Quayle outlined new measures government is introducing to mitigate the virus.
These included surveillance like tests for asymptomatic unvaccinated individuals, and wastewater testing.
