Beekeeper Phil Corlett warns of weed killers
The dangers of weed killer to the island's bee population have been highlighted by the Woodland Trust.
Phil Corlett is director of the organisation, and has three bee hives himself.
The warning comes as at this time of year, dandelions are one of the insects' first sources of pollen, ahead of the summer.
Phil says there are plenty of natural ways to get rid of weeds without resorting to pesticides:
