Changing ideas of who is eligible for funding
The perception of the Isle of Man Arts Council - and who can access its funding - has changed dramatically over the past 60 years.
That's the view of outgoing Arts Development Manager Jane Corkill, who recently retired after working with the body since July 2018.
She's been telling Manx Radio more about her favourite moments in the job - such as the organisation's Annual Lecture.
The event has seen visits to the Island from the likes of Louis Theroux and Joanna Lumley.
But Jane says it's also been particularly rewarding seeing the success of smaller projects:
