Alleged offences date back to 2014
A Peel man has appeared in court charged with rape.
Forty-six-year-old William Henry Kelly, of Magher Breek, appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes yesterday.
He also faces one count of indecent assault.
The offences are alleged to have happened between 6 September and 27 October 2014.
Mr Kelly's been bailed in his own recognisance to the sum of £500 and the case has been adjourned until 28 February.
