The Ben-my-Chree will depart as scheduled this morning.
The Steam Packet Company had warned the 8.45am crossing could face disruption due to the weather forecast.
However, the operator has now confirmed the service is expected to leave Douglas on time.
As a result, passengers are requested to check in as normal.
