A report is being released today (Monday) to assess how in touch the Island's police is with all sectors of the community.
It's called the inclusion report and has been formed by a scrutiny group made up of various areas of the Manx population including representatives of religious groups, sexual groups, the elderly and people with disabilities.
Chief Constable Gary Roberts says it's important for the Constabulary to adapt to a diverse population.
He says the recent work has been an eye opener for everyone in the force.
