
The Island’s bus drivers have announced the next day of strike action following a three-day stoppage in December.
After days of talks with the Department of Community, Culture and Leisure, Bobby Morton of Unite says drivers will walk out again on Thursday next week.
This morning, after another round of negotiations, he says the idea of taking the dispute to binding arbitration was rejected by the government.
And Mr Morton says plans are in place to take more strike action over the next three months:
